Recording of invoices (not cash receipts) is done in different ways depending on whether you want to register invoices in your accounts immediately after being created (as accounts receivable), or once payment is received.

If you want to register invoices in your accounts first when paid, print a copy of each individual invoice and record it when paid. You will not use accounts receivable. The cash receipt record can still be exported and registered on a daily or monthly basis.

If you want to register invoices in your accounts immediately after being created, then you can export the invoice record, and the invoices will be registered as account receivable. If received invoice payments have been registered in Sirvoy, you can also export the invoice payment record. The cash receipt record can also be exported and registered on a daily or monthly basis. Export records under “Invoicing”-> “Invoice history report”.
